"The room was small but not too bad for a short stay. My only real problems with the room were it was way too warm without an AC and the wifi wasn't great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice, and it was generally a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, right down the street from Paddington station and a very safe area with a handful of restaurants and pubs right next door. I've seen the other bad reviews and was worried but my stay was perfectly fine. So it's up to you if you don't want to risk the other reviews"

"Great location for Paddington. It's basically a place to sleep. It's clean, it's tidy, and fans were provided in room. There isn't much more to it. It's a great base to get the bakerloo line into Oxford Street and the circle line to the museums. It's a standard townhouse hotel which gives a clean room. WiFi is also very good."

"Do not stay at this hotel! It was a complete scam. I booked this hotel after looking at the advertised pictures online. When I arrived and got my room, it looked nothing like the photos. It was gross and filthy with dirty sheets and a dirty shower and a ripped up headboard. I went to the front desk and talked to the man working there to show the difference in the photos explaining that what I received was not what was advertised. He was insanely rude and dismissive telling me I should be grateful for the room and not hearing out anything I had to say. He also informed me I would never see a refund. I cannot believe how I was treated by him. Whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel. I have attached photos of what was advertised and 2 photos of the room condition."
