"Do NOT stay here. items stolen from my luggage in hotel.\n\nI am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at this hotel. After checking out, I left my luggage in storage, When I returned to collect it, I immediately noticed that several of my personal belongings had been stolen from inside my bag.\n\nThere was zero possibility that my luggage was tampered with elsewhere, it had been in the hotel, and then storage the entire time. When I raised this with reception, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, they actually blamed me and showed no intention of helping. I asked about lost and found, nothing. No investigation, no apology, no accountability.\n\nThis level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. Whether you’re traveling with valuables or just want peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. You should be able to trust the staff and the premises. here, you simply can’t."

"A wonderful stay!\n\nThe place was very pleasant and notably quiet, with excellent cleanliness throughout.\n\n🛌🏽The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. 🧹\n\nThere were thoughtful touches like :coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and a kettle.\n\nThe owner was incredibly kind to us.♥️\n\nThe location is on a very beautiful street,with Sainsbury's, Tesco, and other shops just a few steps away.\n\nIt truly deserves 10 stars, but I'm happy to give it the maximum rating.\n\n💜"

"The Leigh House Hotel is a cheap hotel with an amazing location. What they lack in service and room design is made up by the 25 minute walk to the theatre district.\nTry not to lose your room key; it seems they do not reset the door code and just reprint your card, meaning anyone with a card for your room in London can get in. They seem to know this as when we lost ours, the manager seemed very annoyed and disrupted. Hopefully they reset the room locks after each stay.\nThe room was okay, good size for two, you get exactly what you are paying for.\nWalls are super thin, was woken by my neighbours alarm some mornings, and could hear them talking until 1am other nights, if quietness is necessary this place isn't for you. We are late sleepers so we weren't bothered.\nWould consider staying again for a short period if I was travelling solo."
