"We stayed here for one night, the location was so convenient to the Eurostar train station where you couldn't beat it to transfer your luggage. It was within walking distance and very easy to get to. The property is outdated, needs a lot of updating. The room was clean and organized and had a lot of amenities but very worn and outdated. The view from the window was excellent to the main street and everything worked great including the air conditioning. The elevator worked perfect but you still needed to climb up the stairs with your luggage, this is something to take into consideration if you are not body able to carry heavy objects on stairs. The only bad thing about this place is the luggage room, it was not well secured and the staff allowed basically people to bring in and out luggage themselves which is not the greatest and most secure idea."

"My family and I got stuck in London after the airline canceled our flight at the last minute. We checked several hotels and none of them had room. We were afraid we were going to have to sleep at the train station. However, this hotel was a life saver. Hosam and Q were amazing. They really care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The next time we visit London, this hotel is going to be our first choice. We would not want to stay anywhere else."

"Do not be deceived by the pictures you see online. This is a very weird hotel where the elevator takes you up, but then you have to go up and down stairs again with heavy suitcases. The room had a lot of disappointing things about about it- damage/needing repair, quite shabby. It was clean and the staff were kind and it was quite convenient to the train station! However, you get what you pay for!!"
