Right on a bus route, not far from the underground.\nVery clean room, tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, plenty of storage.\nThe bathroom has a shower, all toiletries.\nBath towels could be bigger.\nBreakfast was great, cold or hot choices.\nStaff are really welcoming and helpful.\nWould recommend."

"April 25, 2025; We booked and paid for a Deluxe King for 4 nights. It was very apparent when we checked in that we had been given a significantly smaller double room. Torn drapes, missing towels, had to put the suitcase on the bed to move around the room. The desk clerk argued with us, told us we didn't know what a King bed size was in London and then said he'd see if there was any other rooms available the next day. After repeatedly trying to get the room we paid for, we discovered it advertised online for more money, and that it had been sitting empty 3 days later. We reached out to Expedia, who did NOTHING to help, and suggested we move to another hotel. It was the London Marathon, and no rooms were available anywhere so we were stuck. Breakfast was AWFUL - nothing like advertised photos, cold greasy, broken coffee machine. This place practices bait and switch booking. First pic, room we got. Tiny and tattered, second pic, room we paid for."

"The rooms are quite nice for the price, they are quite small and the shower was strange (everything got wet). There is an elevator to the rooms and a 24/7 reception. The breakfast is modest, but there is a bit of everything. For breakfast, we would recommend that you wear clothes that can get dirty as there is a greasy smell coming from the kitchen and it lingers in your clothes all day."
