"Great location near metro and bus stops. Shopping mall next door and Westfield 5 minutes away.\nVery easy to check in and out. Rooms basic but clean and slept really well. Would have been nice to have carpet in room. Bathroom is a plastic room and you can hear outside as it echoes.\nBreakfast is what you would normally get but a bit of variety would have been nice. Food replenished regularly and tables cleared often.\nBest part is staff are really friendly and helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel during our trip to London and were very satisfied.\nOne of the main advantages is its excellent location. The hotel is situated just behind the Westfield shopping mall, which is very convenient — there are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Just a few steps away are bus stops for routes 94 and 148, which go straight to the city centre. The Shepherd’s Bush Market underground station is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in London.\n\nThe room was compact, clean, and functional. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the room was quiet — perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a busy day. Everything worked without any issues.\n\nA special mention goes to the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The front desk team was always ready to help with any questions — whether it was directions around the city, luggage storage, or just a warm welcome. You can feel that the team works with heart and respect for the guests.\n\nBreakfast was standard for the ibis chain: eggs, croissants, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but enough to start the day well.\n\nOverall, this is a very convenient and pleasant option for those who want to explore London while staying in comfortable conditions at a reasonable price.
