"Excellent location right near Earl's Court tube station. Nice and quiet in the rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff.\n\nWe don't expect large hotel rooms when going to the UK, so the "cozy" size didn't bother us at all. However, some of the maintenance issues were a problem. I could feel every spring in my mattress. I had to take the duvet off the other bed and fold it in half under me so that I could sleep more comfortably. There was also mildew/mold/water stains above the shower that needed to be addressed. I'm allergic to mold, so I had to take my antihistamines the whole weekend. (Didn't want to go thru the hassle of moving rooms/hotels.)\n\nThey also don't mention that there's a DEPOSIT required for your A/C and TV remotes. So, even though they say they have A/C, you have to have extra money set aside to use it while you're there."

"I had a really great stay here! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, and there are tons of bars, cafes, and restaurants right around the corner. Everything was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming the atmosphere was. Highly recommend this place!"

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. The services are bad with limited facilities. I presume most people that provides good comments are insiders of the hotel or it's owner.\n\nFyi, this is a small hotel set up in a house along Cromwell Road. The room is small and limited in numbers. The breakfast is simple and not fabulous.\n\nOn checking in, we were greeted by the staff at the counter who was unfriendly and impatient when we made payment for the balance of the room charges on arrival.\n\nDeposit needs to be made for remote control of Aircon and TV. The next morning, we asked the man at the counter for 2 more towels the next day and for the room to be cleaned later. We were subsequently informed that this man was the owner, an old Indian man. We were rudely told that no more towels will be given and that if we want to stay at Hilton Hotel, it is a distance down the road. Also, it is their hotel's practice not to clean the room every day.\n\nThis is the 1st and last time we are staying at this hotel, and their service and attitude are bad."
