"Grenville, spacious family home, can accommodate whole family up to 16 guest, 5 minutes walk to and from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) tube station, what’s nice is Get off the plane at London Heathrow and direct tube to Grenville, that’s super convenient.\nDriving to Grenville is reasonable and able to park 2 cars on the driveway is super easy. There is also 2 EV car chargers.\nHuge front garden and beautiful well decorated private garden, so quiet whilst having a coffee and super relaxed."

"A very stressful stay at Grenville house. House wasn't very clean. Mould in bathrooms. Carpets and flooring was dirty. Gaps in places in the kitchen with mice coming in. 5 toilet rolls provided for 9 guests for 3 days. No hand towels provided for any of the bathrooms. Cameras inside the property that was not stated on the booking beforehand.\n\nThis wasn't the half of it. The owner of the Airbnb wouldn't leave us alone. Harassed us constantly with messages outside of the Airbnb app via WhatsApp that could have been handled simply and professionally on the Airbnb app.\n\nWe needed a third parking spot as this place only offered two. Decided to book a parking spot nearby on a separate parking app, only to discover the owner had sold us 1 of the 2 parking spaces that we already had free with the booking.\n\nNumerous messages on a Saturday night before 9pm asking us to keep it down, when we're all sat in the living room with the Tele on. With noise coming from a neighbours house having a party.\n\nConstant threats over WhatsApp that the owner was cancelling the booking.\n\nI had lost count of issues with the owner. Would have been a nice stay if he wasn't such a bother."
