Grand Concerto Hotel

"My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and below are my thoughts:\n\n-I’m not familiar with typical London hotel room sizes but this was a very small hotel room based on my travel experience. To sit on the toilet properly I had to spread my legs because there wasn’t enough space for them as they would hit the wall (I’m 6’3). We did see another room that my father in law was staying in and it seemed slightly bigger so perhaps it was just our room. Anyway, very small room. Be careful when booking if you are staying with family or are a larger person.\n-Hotel location was great. Very close to Hyde Park and about a 3 min walk to Paddington Station. Also fairly close to the blue and red route hop on hop off bus stops.\n-Service could be improved. I notified staff 3 days in a row that the safe wasn’t working in room 207 and it wasn’t fixed. But other than that they were all friendly.\n-I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had most of everything you’d want. However, some food items were empty and it took a while for staff to replace them.\n\nOverall, hotel was clean, food was good, staff were friendly, and the room we stayed in was small. I’d recommend this hotel if you want a very cozy and intimate stay within a good and safe location."

"Grand Concerto is very well positioned and easy to find especially if you're travelling in from Paddington. It's a short stroll from the station and close several tube lines which makes traveling around London easy.\nThe staff are very accommodating and willing to help in any way.\nThe room was clean and well appointed and considering the heat we've been having lately the aircon was a welcome bonus.\nNow that we have experienced Grand Concerto we will certainly be back. Thanks a million :-)"

"I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a wonderful time! The location is perfect—very close to all the key attractions in Central London. The price is also very reasonable for such a central spot. The car park on-site was super convenient and made things so much easier. All the staff were incredibly helpful and always available whenever I needed anything. I’ll definitely be booking again for the summer holidays!"
