"After a disappointing experience at a previous hotel, we decided to book a room at Four Points Flex by Sheraton — and it was the best decision we made on our trip.\n\nAt check-in, we shared our recent misadventure, and both Victor and Ashan (I hope I got the names right) were incredibly understanding. With the help of their manager Julia, they kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.\n\nThe breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety.\nThe staff also provided us with a helpful map and personalized suggestions for things to do around the city.\nThe location is great, very central and easy to get around, and the price is very reasonable for London.\nThe room was a bit compact, but perfectly optimized for the space. Clean, comfortable, and even equipped with a large TV that you can connect your phone to — very convenient.\n\nOverall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The friendly staff and attention to detail made a big difference, and we would definitely come back in the future."

"Well.. what can I say? Our short stay there was just perfect. We got a warm welcome and we felt at home right away. Amazing staff. Shout out to our man Simon, who happens to be a fan of a specific Belgian chocolate which accidentally is made in the town next to our city at home. What are the odds. Also thank you to the young lady working there, serving us at the bar and keeping our bags safe on the day of our departure.\nThe rooms might be small but size doesn’t really matter. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and excellent shower and toilet. And much respect for the cleaners. The rooms was super clean! And the airco was just perfect.\nBreakfast was good and we enjoyed it very much. When visiting London again we will for sure stay again with you. You all deserve much credit.\nWill try to bring some Belgian chocolate next time. No promises. 😉"
