"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We saw a rat in our room in the middle of our stay and the hotel manager did not believe me and accused me of making it up. I saw it run past my foot and into the bathroom!\n\nAnd prior to seeing the rat, when I had stepped in the droppings in our bathroom, the front desk's response was to just clean it up myself with some toilet paper!\n\nThe service is terrible and the front staff and manager do not care about their customers. If you have any problems you will get dismissed just as I did.\n\nDO NOT STAY HERE!\n\nThey did switch us to a new room with no rats and the rest of our stay was fine. (We were unable to switch hotels for a number of reasons).\n\nLocation was good, 10 minute walk to 3 stations and multiple underground lines.\n\nThe breakfast was decent and the breakfast staff were lovely."

"The name of the game in this hotel is how to run a hotel as cheaply as possible. The only positive thing about the place is the location and friendly breakfast staff. 10 min walk from Paddington station and Hyde park. The place is not maintained properly and not cleaned properly. The guy at front desk just stared at us when we arrived at the hotel for the first time. He did not seem to know he should greet his guests. The night stand next to bed was dirty with food and we just cleaned it.\n\nOur room was in the same floor as breakfast room, next to service rooms. Hallway on that floor was not carpeted. We could hear staff talking on the phone in the morning. The AC was functional but made a terrible noise and when we told them they said they had fixed it but they did not. Breakfast was exactly the same for four days during our stay. There are better options in the area for a fresh breakfast. DO NOT choose breakfast when you book the hotel. They tell you that you can not cancel it so you have no choice.\nI would stay in the area next time but DEFINITELY not in this hotel."

Good way to start the day because Cristina is very nice and making very good atmosphere.We have been extremely happy with Cristina and the other staff,she is managing. The music at breakfasts very good.\nKeep going like this.\nI am highly recommending this hotel."
