"This is a budget hotel and it does the job well.\nLocation is convenient to get around the city easily.\nCora at the breakfast room is a great smile in the morning. A true asset to the hotel.\n\nRoom was clean, bed comfortable. Good towels.\nMini fridge and coffee tea facilities are nice.\n\nCommunication prestay was good.\nCheck-in was good, efficient and pleasant.\n\nIt would be nice to have a key to enter the hotel as the night guy is not always there and grumpy. Waiting the get the key to the room is not good. Make a key pad perhaps if you don't want to hand out keys.\n\nOverall, good value for money. Our friends live nearby and we'd use the hotel again. Try to get one of the bigger rooms though."

"This place should not be allowed to call itself a hotel.\n\nFrom the moment I walked in, we regretted booking. Mold is literally everywhere, on the walls, around the windows, even in the bathroom. There’s a loose tile on the floor you can lift up, which seems like a health hazard waiting to happen.\n\nThe shower was disgusting, stained, smelly, and clearly not cleaned properly. The walls are cracked, and the TV doesn’t even work. As if that wasn’t enough, the flush button on the toilet was missing, so you can imagine how fun that was.\n\nThere was no fire alarm in the room, which is not just unacceptable, it’s dangerous. This place feels like it’s falling apart and completely neglected.\n\nDo yourself a favor: spend your money literally anywhere else. This isn’t budget accommodation, it’s just unsafe and unsanitary."

"Honest and open review stay July 2025\nAwful stay - incredibly moldy with a stench.\nRooms are not properly vented, springs are coming out of mattresses.\n\nPoor breakfast options with most tasting sour.\n\nWas meant to stay an additional night but checked out earlier due to the issues.\n\nGot home and started itching everywhere the day after!\n\nThe reception guy was nice though.\n\nWas booked through booking.com and the hotel raised the issue with the hotel but they hotel refused to give a refund for the last night I was not there"
