"Terrible service from abusive and rude manager. The rooms are untidy and stink, infested with bed bugs and broken bed springs making sleeping very uncomfortable. Confronted the manager about these shortcomings and received a shrug of shoulders as a response.\n\nLeft my room and came back several hours later to pack and finally leave only to find items missing (clothes and misc) from my luggage. I suspect the manager/hobo Michael stole it as he has very poor personal hygiene and needs new clothes; Left immediately."

"While we arrived after event late night. Radiator in the room was switched off. Freezing cold. For no reason radiator on entrance hallway was piping hot. Wasting energy. One set ( romantic lights) out of order. Table lamp bulb not working. Shower needs to be fixed as leaking through pipe. Tiny milk was provided for coffee. Unfortunately milk off sour. Should be kept in the fridge. Only one pillow. We would prefer to sleep on 2 pillows each person. No extra blankets. Mean we slept wearing winter clothes and winter socks"

"Needed a quick last minute stay & booked this hotel - big mistake! When we arrived, there was no reception, so we called their number & got no answer at all. Bear in mind, this all happened at midnight & I’d emailed the hotel to say I was still coming despite it being late. Never in my life have I been left outside a hotel after prepaying & up to now, there’s been no apology from the hotel for the inconvenience. We were essentially stranded until we found another hotel. Anyway, looks like we dodged a bullet after reading these reviews. I’m so glad we didn’t stay because the amount of spiders in the little entrance room was insane - if the communal area looked like that, I don’t want to imagine what the rooms are like."
