"This Hotel Needs A Management Change. Concerns Regarding Cash Deposit Policy at Your Hotel\n\nI am writing to express my feedback on a particular issue that I encountered during my recent stay at your esteemed hotel. As an Emirates resident, I was surprised and somewhat dismayed by the requirement for a cash deposit upon check-in, a tradition that I believe warrants reconsideration and adjustment.\n\nDuring the check-in process, to my curiosity, i tried to asked the reason behind the cash deposit policy, so I was informed that it serves as a security measure in the event of any damages occurring during our stay. But normally security measures can be effectively conducted at the time of check-out, through a thorough inspection of the room without inconveniencing guests with the requirement of a cash deposit at the outset.\n\nThe insistence on cash-only deposits raises additional concerns. What if guests who may not have the required cash on hand? The recommendation to withdraw cash from nearby facilities poses an inconvenience and contradiction to the notion of a seamless and comfortable guest experience.\n\nAs a guest who values comfort and convenience during my hotel stays, I believe that it is essential for your management team to review and potentially revise the current cash deposit policy. By adopting a more guest-friendly approach that aligns with modern hospitality standards, you can enhance the overall guest experience.\n\nThis place is very potential but, needs huge improvement on guest convenience."

"Worst visitor policy. I recommended the hotel to my relatives since it is close to my place and had stayed few times previously and had great stay without a problem, but now they are saying that visitors are not allowed and stopped us from visiting our relatives that was staying there for the weekend.\nSo for everyone that are looking to book a hotel apartment and expecting guests. This is not the hotel for you. It is very embarrassing and uncomfortable to be stopped by receptionist and security to go to your friends or relative's room to visit them."

"VERY WORST, GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED EVEN THEY WILL NOT SLEEPOVER. THREATENING US TO VACATE THE APARTMENT IF OUR OUR GUESTS WILL STAY FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS.\n\nWe recently stayed at Radiance Premium Suites Hotel in a 2-bedroom apartment during our holiday visit from Abu Dhabi. While the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-suited for a family, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the hotel’s excessively strict and unwelcoming visitor policy.\n\nOn our first day, my daughter had a couple of guests over and they went out to enjoy the pool. The area was practically empty, not crowded at all, but to our surprise, the staff approached them and asked them to vacate the pool immediately. It felt unnecessary and unaccommodating, especially considering that many hotels in Dubai welcome guests to shared amenities as long as they are respectful.\n\nThe following evening, I invited a few friends over for dinner — a simple family gathering as we were taking advantage of our holiday in Dubai to reconnect and bond. However, shortly after they arrived, the reception called up to our apartment asking how long our guests would stay. Shockingly, I was told that if they stayed longer than two hours, we would be required to check out the next day — despite the fact that I had already paid for an extended stay. This left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable in what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.\n\nThis has been the only hotel I’ve encountered in Dubai that enforces such a rigid no-visitor policy, especially to the extent of threatening early check-out. It’s disappointing, especially for a family-friendly suite accommodation, and it’s certainly not something that was clearly communicated at the time of booking.\n\nIn conclusion, while the physical apartment met our expectations, the hotel’s lack of flexibility and hospitality when it came to hosting visitors — even briefly — made our stay feel restrictive and stressful. I would advise future guests, especially families or those looking to host even small gatherings, to reconsider or clarify these policies in advance."
