"I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the truly amazing experience we had at Intercontinental!💛From the moment we arrived, every member of the team—from the front desk to F&B, housekeeping, and the pool staff, was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The hotel’s location is very convenient, just steps away from Taksim Square.\n\nOne of the highlights was the pool: peaceful, never too crowded and always attended by staff ready to assist with anything we needed. The views from the hotel are simply unbeatable—whether day or night. Everything was spotlessly clean and the décor, especially in the reception area, is absolutely breathtaking.\n\nBreakfast deserves a special mention. The variety, the attention to detail, and the constant support from the team made every morning a delight. Even during the weekend, when the hotel was at its busiest, the staff remained calm, composed, and focused on offering a personal touch to every guest.\n\nI was also recognized as a member during both check-in and breakfast. While it’s a small detail and not something important for me, it’s worth noting and certainly appreciated!💛\n\nOur stay was genuinely memorable, and we already look forward to visiting again in the future.
