"We stayed in the twin room, which was quite clean and spacious. Facing the highway but it wasn't noisy at all. The swimming pool was being clean all three days we were there, which was a shame because it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. But there was a good variety of saunas available, entry is complimentary to guests.\nMetro is a little far, maybe 15 minutes and you have to use a few roads without light and a footpath, so was a bit dangerous at night."

Aycan hanim geldi odami guzel bir sekilde temizledi.\nThe cleaners were friendly however the reception staff are unfriendly, not smiling and not accommodating. Any room service or order must be paid immediately, you can't pay out check out unless you leave deposit they have zero trust which is highly inconvenient. When I entered the shower gel and hand soap dispensers were empty. The mini bar was not topped up on my third night even though I requested. Reception staff need training on customer service and a smile will not crack their faces! Oh and food was terrible."
