"Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation were exceptional. The hotel itself was beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The pool was very pleasant, and the breakfast each morning was delicious and satisfying.\n\nHowever, I would like to share two areas where there is room for improvement:\n1. Restaurant Experience: While the setting and service were good, I found the quality of the food to be underwhelming, especially considering the price. I would rate the food quality around 5.5 out of 10, which I believe does not justify the high cost.\n2. Salon Experience: I had my hair done at the hotel salon, and I want to commend the older gentleman who cut my hair—he did an excellent job. Additionally, the older lady who helped style my hair was also wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with a younger staff member at the salon was not as positive. While she was blow-drying my hair, the heat was excessive to the point that my scalp was being burned. I expressed my discomfort several times and it was visibly apparent, yet she continued without adjusting. I’m unsure of her level of experience, but I would suggest that she not be assigned to direct customer service until further training is provided, as the experience was painful and distressing."

"This is truly one of the best hotels in Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the nearby beach walks and shopping mall. Our only regret was that our stay was too short — we’ll definitely stay longer next time!"

"Some of the staff is fantastic! The ladies working at the indoor bar and poolside bar were excellent. They were the only ones that spoke great English and didn’t get frustrated with attempts to speak Turkish.\n\nThe property is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food is good. There are other places to dine and shop nearby but most historical landmarks are a 30 minute drive (more like an hour depending on the time of day).\n\nHousekeeping lost one of my earrings, and the patio door came off the tracks our last night (maintenance came and put it on the track, closed the door, but then reopened it before running out of the room (which jumped the door back off the tracks so it couldn’t close). They didn’t restock towels and locked us out of our room one evening.\n\nThe air didn’t really seem to cool the room, even when the doors were properly seated and closed. The mini fridge didn’t work, and some of the desk staff were very dismissive.\n\nThey did move us to a different room after checking in due to issues with the shower, but we had to pay a price increase for the new space.\n\nThey have onsite taxis and valet parking, a spa, hair salon, and pool. The water in the pool was cold! The pool area offered tons of seating and the kids that were there seemed to be having a great time."
