Best Hotel Pendik

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Sabiha International Airport for our departure. If you need a hotel nearby, this is an excellent option. Our stay allowed us to rest well and enjoy comfortable showers. The staff provided excellent service without any issues."

"I was extremely disappointed. The hotel staff did not speak or understand English. Kept on using google translate. They did not have coffee sachets. No milk for tea either. The aircon heater did not work. The WIFI was weak very poor and slow. It was over priced. Charged me in excess of 3500 liras for two nights but did not serve breakfast either. The room was of a good size. Cups not properly cleaned. Only good thing was the nice diffuser perfume smell. I asked to huy a turkish flag and the diffuser perfume but the hotel staff said could not help me.\nI asked for a taxi to be booked in advance for early morning. This was not done. On the early morning I had to chase the hotel staff. The taxi arrived late. This caused issues at the airport. Almost missed my flight. The hotel chap said their taxi drivers are reliable and not scammers. I took a taxi from Sabiha airpory to the hotel by meter charge was 120 lira. The taxi arranged by the hotel staff was a con a fraud. As soon as I got in the taxi, the driver demanded he is paid 250 liras. Clearly, the driver was a scammer. He dropped me further away from the hotel entrance. This caused me inconvenience as I had to cross the busy road with luggage and then go to the airport terminal. Very bad lasting impression of Turkey. The driver had the cheek audacity to ask for a tip. He was a thief con man. Shameful behaviour.\n\nThe TV did not have YouTube or Netflix.\n\nCustomer service,honesty are very important. If you want tourists to come to Turkey,please make life easy for them. A basic understanding of english will help everyone.\n\nCould not sleep at night due to noise outside and from floor above."

"This is not a cosy, atmospheric guesthouse. It's a place to get a good hot shower and a comfortable night's sleep within half an hour (by foot and metro) of your check in desk in Sabiha Gokcen airport. No food served on the premises (not even breakfast) but there's a small shop as well as a really good family restaurant (|Ozsu) right across the road.\nHere's how to get here from the central bus station: metro to Yenkapi (final stop on that line) Change to Marmaya line and get off at Arilik Cesmesi. Change to M4 line and get off at Kurtkoy (last stop before the airport). The hotel is a straight ten minute walk, on the right."
