"Guest Feedback – Room 303\n\nWe stayed for 3 days in Room 303 and faced several issues. The room was never cleaned, and repeated requests for toilet paper and fresh towels were ignored. Even basic supplies like tissue were unavailable at the reception.\n\nWe had booked a basement standard room but were instead assigned to a space resembling a storage area under the stairs. The air conditioning was weak, and the walls were stained, tea kettle was dirty, there was written in notice board to make coffee with tape water 😂 and window has no curtains.\n\nStaff behavior was unprofessional—unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacking basic hospitality. There was no electricity for the last two days, and no backup solution was provided. When we asked about it, the receptionist gave no clear response and showed no courtesy.\n\nOn our last day, we requested a late checkout due to a late-night flight, but were told to pay the full rate or leave our bags at reception. The communication was casual and disrespectful.m and the receptionist (Chubby girl from Azerbaijan) was calling us guys seems like we were her friend 😀\n\nOverall, our experience was disappointing, and we do not recommend this hotel to future guests."

"We were given a room in the basement. When we complained, as This was not what we booked and paid for we were told that if we gave good ratings we would be upgraded. We felt preassured and agreed. We were then moved upstairs. We received the same Keys! As the Keys in all the rooms are the same keys as you would have in your own appartement for rooms. Not safe at all! Meaning everyone can enter your room. The room was stinking of sewage. There were indeed sewage everywhere in the toilet as the toilet was broken. Mold and sewage made it impossible for us to shower. The fridge was also moldy. The closet in the room had an elastic to hold the Doors together (imagine) it was not even a tiny bit Close to all the photos. I believe many of the reviews were written after been given a room in the basement With no window.\nAfter 4 days we gave up. We contacted Expedia Which we booked through with no result.\nThe hotel did not even clean our room once! Furthermore they were extremely impolite and rude. Constantly looking dirty at us.\nThis was the last drop before we paid for a New hotel. Hotel Ada in Istanbul, which was AMAZING! We finally took a shower after 4 days in Aruna where it was not possible due to the filth.\n\nIt's sad to treat guests in your country this way."

"WARNING ! WARNING ! NEVER BOOK TO THIS HOTEL !\nWhat a shame about this hotel ! The room was so dirty ! The bed smells so bad and was dirty, we found so much dusts, cockroaches and bed bugs !! We asked for a refund but the staff refused, no smile, no service. Bathroom had mushrooms because of humidity.\nIt was noisy. I booked for 5 nights, I only stayed one night. It was a nightmare. I have a big doubt about this hotel evaluation. How can they have 4.1/5 when you see a room like that ? I'm pretty sure that there are fake evaluations."
