"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Vince Hotel in Bangkok, and overall, it was a delightful experience that showcased genuine Thai hospitality with some thoughtful touches that made our visit special.\n\nWhat Made Our Stay Outstanding\n\nThe staff at The Vince Hotel truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, the porters were incredibly attentive, constantly checking if we needed assistance and even bringing all our luggage to our room without us having to ask. This level of proactive service really set the tone for our entire stay.\nThe hotel offers some wonderful complimentary experiences that give guests a taste of authentic Thai culture. The free traditional Thai dress wearing session was absolutely magical – Som and Mild, the staff members who assisted us, were not only helpful but made the entire experience fun and memorable. We also enjoyed the complimentary massage activity, which was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the bustling city of Bangkok.\nA small but appreciated touch was the fresh grape juice available in the lobby – a refreshing welcome that showed the hotel's attention to guest comfort. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat in the heart of the city.\n\nAreas for Improvement\n\nThe main challenge we encountered was finding the hotel initially. The location isn't the most intuitive to navigate to, especially for first-time visitors, so having clearer directions or landmarks in the booking confirmation would be helpful.\nWe also experienced an issue with the shower doors in our room, which leaked significantly and left water all over the bathroom floor. While this didn't ruin our stay, it was an inconvenience that required extra towels and careful stepping around the bathroom."

"A Truly Wonderful Stay – Twice!\n⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\nI’ve booked Vince Hotel twice, and both experiences have been consistently amazing. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the front desk, bellboys, concierge, restaurant crew, housekeeping, to the airport transfer team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their genuine hospitality, always accompanied by a smile, really stood out.\n\nThe rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide selection of scrumptious dishes that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed.\n\nThe hotel’s buggy service made it very convenient to get to nearby places like Phaya Thai BTS station. We also found it easy to reach shopping hotspots like Pratunam Morning Market, Platinum Mall, December’s, and Central World.\n\nThe only minor downside is the hotel’s location, it’s tucked within a few alleys, so you’ll likely rely heavily on their buggy service, especially during hot weather or rainy days. Walking in and out is possible, but it may not be ideal for everyone.\n\nA special shoutout to the staff for going the extra mile during my mum’s birthday. They surprised her with beautifully decorated beds and a birthday cake, which absolutely made her day.\n\nThank you, Vince Hotel, for another memorable and heartfelt experience. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"A superb 4 star hotels but feels like 5 star.\n\nI must say Mild & Nam, they provided the best costume services. All the pictures they taken really do made feel the cultural Thailand.\n\nThey have transportation service where you can request to go anywhere near the hotel.\n\nBesides the food tastes great for the free breakfast.\n\nOverall, receptionists and bellboys are helpful in all the services."
