"My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding concierge team. They went above and beyond in every way—whether it was thoughtfully wrapping my wine bottle with extra care, sourcing a delicious local dessert, or arranging a fantastic river cruise experience. Each request was handled with genuine warmth and efficiency.\n\nThe service throughout the hotel is truly top class—several notches above what you’d expect at even the best luxury hotels. The attention to detail and the willingness to accommodate special requests set the Ritz apart.\n\nI did experience some minor issues with the air conditioning in my room. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and did everything they could to resolve it. I do wish there had been an option for a fan, which would have made things even more comfortable.\n\nOverall, my experience at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for impeccable service and an unforgettable stay in Bangkok."

"Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is near new, with spacious, beautifully appointed rooms and an incredibly comfortable bed—I had four blissful nights of sleep in as many days. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location is perfect, with stunning views over the park and easy access to everything.The pool and gym excellent and the breakfasts are beyond belief - like nothing I've ever experienced. A big thank you to the team who make it all happen. I’ll definitely be back."

"I had an extremely disappointing 4-day stay at the Ritz-Carlton One Bangkok. While there were two notable positives — a VERY comfortable bed and high-quality breakfast with mostly attentive F&B staffs — the rest of the experience fell well below expectations for a luxury hotel.\n\n• No proper welcome: I arrived at a very quiet afternoon, a few bellboys were present at the entrance but were too busy chatting among themselves to notice guests.\n• The check-in was unimpressive and L1, ground floor staffs consistently ignored guests and seemed poorly trained throughout the stay.\n• Numerous room issues: The room had multiple hardware problems, including no hot water. Management attempted to compensate with cheap sparkling wine, Thai tea and snacks, handwritten apology cards, and a massage voucher — none of which made up for the inconvenience.\n• Disappointing spa experience: The spa was not ready or operational. The “massage” was done in another guest room by a masseur with poor technique and a negative vibe — not at all what you’d expect from a 5-star property.\n• Inconsistent service quality: The service quality varied wildly depending on which staff member you were dealing with — from mildly competent to outright indifferent.\n• This RC One Bangkok gives Poor value for money, I deeply regret booking RC for what turned out to be the worst 5-star hotel experience I’ve ever had in Bangkok."
