"very bad experience.\n\nfirstly, when we wanted to check in, we were told that the previous guest refused to check out and is asking for an extension (right at the timing where the next guest was supposed to check in). while we booked and paid for a bigger bed, we were given 2 single beds that was joint together. i do not understand why there was no measures to ensure timely check out of each guest.\n\nwhen the concierge lady gave us a room that was not what we paid for, there was no sense of remorse or compensation.\n\nsecondly, the toilets were in such bad condition. for a 4 star hotel, there was no hot water. if you turn the water faucet to the hot water portion, the water pressure is basically non existent. next, the tap seems like it’s going to drop out anytime. there clearly seems to be no maintenance of the toilets. next, the wiring of the room lights were so bad that the lights kept turning off even when the card was slot in.\n\nthe only saving grace is the room service was good. i observed that they did change the bedsheets everyday. not much to expect here, but water was refilled everyday, and air conditioning was good.\n\noverall, very displeased with the hotel concierge woman, and with the state of the toilet, and room light system.\n\nthis hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating."

"This hotel is a nice and affordable find and I would recommend it. My double bed room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for my week long trip. The bed was one of the most comfortable to sleep in and I had a really good nights rest. I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and I immediately noticed the difference in comfortability.\n\nThe gym is small but I was able to hit all of the workouts I wanted to do. That's a change I'd suggest. Other than that, I had a great stay."

"We stayed here for the sole purpose of attending concerts. Indeed the location to Rajamangala stadium walkable 30 mins with proper walkways. The hotel was indeed clean however the property was quite old. There is halal fancy restaurant near this hotel for breakfast and near to the main road if your looking for tuk tuk or taxi motor.overall value for money, spacious room and top notch cleanliness"
