Summit Pavilion Bangkok

"Like most Thailand hotels. A lack of upkeep and maintenance is obvious. The pool looked clean. The buffet was just ok. The room was big and worn down needs painting and repairs. Large balcony covered in pigeon poop. No furniture is non-usable. The bathroom was small. The front desk staff was a little lost when it came to checking in. Over priced. I will not stay again. Others may find it to their liking."

"Booked a room with balcony but got without. However was staff very nice an friendly and sorted us quick to our new room. Rooms was clean an very nice.\n\nBreakfast was suppoused to be worth over 220bath but you found exactly the same breakfast offer (american or english breakfast kinda) at many local restaurants for 100bath less. So wasnt really something we paied attention to but since we usually eat out and not at hotel we got a bit disapointed.\n\nAsked however for laundry service since it was plenty around, didnt get told anything about price.\nI usually pay around 200 for 2kg of my laundry 3-400 occurs with express fee but rarely.\nI did however not expect 850bath. Almost 5times as much.\nI dont know if they missunderstood me and sent it to dryclen or what happend but when I complained next shift was on in morning and the gentleman helped us even though it was earlie and got us sorted once again and gave us a discount along with a appologie that they always should inform guest about this.\n\nAll over super friendly staff, nice rooms, a bit messy service but they make up for it in kindness. Great location if you dont like party but quiet nights with several 7elevens around the corner."

"This place is a great place to stay. Nice clean rooms. The service was excellent. Room service and free breakfast were pretty much all I ate while I stayed here."
