"The hotel is quiet and its location is great, but the room furniture was very worn out, the bed sheets were torn, the room door was broken and made annoying sounds when opened, and when we asked them to fix it, they did not do so. Also, the management is very bad. We were moved more than once to other rooms because of other guests, and the last time they moved us to another branch of Shama, which also has the same problem and the same bad management."
