"The hotel is so good, location is good and the prices is good.\nBut the only thing is unacceptable is the reception has no any services mind and not willing to work as a receptionist , bad talking with bad face with me, also with the other guest next to me, seem like never has any training how to work as hospitality."

"Honestly quite a letdown. Location was quite far from everywhere albeit being very cheap. This meant we had to spend more when going to places cause it was really far. Room was big enough especially for 2 people, but it was dirty, moldy, had mosquitoes and ants. Ants even woke us up in the middle of the night because they went to our bed and started biting my fiance. Complained this to front desk wanted a change of sheets, but they said they can’t do it in the middle of the night so my fiance had to make them go to our room and look at our bed (filled with ants tsk tsk). Anyway, if you’re going to Bangkok, better save up more for a better hotel. Spend more, the stress of the room is not giving vacation vibes. I think the experience for this trip is really not worth it."
