"Hotel for budget family of 4 is great. Location is not the best but we got bolt cab all the time with 10-15 mints wait. Swimming pool is ok and I have a 2 year kid so I had to hold him all the time as there is no kid pool. Nearby you can get local food and more than three 7-11 close by"

"The hotel is beautiful built. The staff is not cooperative : . And no food options there very less option of their own food. Also breakfast is never served warm , it’s always cold . They do not even light the heaters to keep the food warm .. I stayed there for 8-9 days I just told them in the breakfast, can you give me hot milk . They keep on saying no have , no have . Despite they have kept the cold milk for cornflakes , I made a small request can you microwave it or just warm it - they refused to such a basic request .\nThere staff is not cooperative at all they didn’t keep our luggage in our rooms , we had to drag it on our own . Every time . Even for smaller requests they will deny . Basic customer service values and ethics are missing ."
