"A wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the rooms and common areas was impressive.\n\nThe view from the rooftop — both from the pool area and the restaurant — was absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take amazing photos, especially during sunset. The atmosphere up there is calm and luxurious, adding something truly special to the stay.\n\nBreakfasts were a real highlight of our stay — incredibly rich, varied, and very tasty. There was something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties.\n\nSpecial thanks go to four wonderful restaurant worker Rose and her team, who prepared breakfast each morning with such care and skill. They were not only talented in the kitchen, but also incredibly kind and warm, always greeting guests with a smile and making us feel right at home.\n\nThis hotel is truly worth recommending, whether you're here for a short stay or a longer holiday. "I have stayed at several 4-5 stars hotels in Bangkok, but the service of this hotel is the best among Sukhumvit area for me. The hotel price including breakfast is reasonable compared with the hotels nearby. You won't regret to book a room and the location is convenient to commute because it is only 5 minutes walking distance from BTS and MRT station. The Front Office is bubbly and friendly to assist hotel guests. The Food and Beverage Team, especially Kookai, Tangmo, Rose, Wan and their team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to my family and all of hotel guests every morning. You can definitely have a beautiful buffet breakfast with a lovely view of Sukhumvit 21. Thank you for making my trip in Bangkok memorably and feel like staying at home."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Bangkok! One of the highlights was definitely the floating breakfast at the rooftop pool. Although it was a bit tricky to balance eating while in the pool, the whole experience was so worth it — super Instagrammable! 🥂✨ What made it even better was that they actually close off the pool for your session, so you get privacy while you enjoy the views and your breakfast.\n\nI also treated myself to the deep sea massage at the spa, and it was heavenly. The 60-minute full-body massage was so relaxing that I almost drifted off to sleep! 🐠💆‍♀️ I loved how they played calming aquatic scenes on the TV screens — it really added to the whole underwater escape vibe.\n\nThe hotel’s design was also a standout. It had such an artistic feel, with a beautiful blend of tropical and aquatic elements throughout the decor. Plus, the service staff were absolutely wonderful — so warm, kind, and welcoming from start to finish.\n\nAll in all, a fantastic and memorable stay! I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway in Bangkok."
