"My heart is so happy 🤍🥺\n\nI want to give a big thank you to the receptionist at the hotel who went above and beyond to help me! I had accidentally left some of my belongings at the hotel, and unfortunately, I couldn't return to pick them up because I’m already at the International airport and I had run out of Thai cash. I suggested sending the items to me via Grab delivery and to my surprise, the receptionist kindly offered to cover the Grab fee themselves.\n\nBecause of their kindness, I received my things safely, and my heart is truly happy and grateful. Thank you so much to the gentleman at the front desk who helped me your generosity meant so much.\n\nStaying in Thailand has been a wonderful experience, made even more special by kind-hearted people like you. 🫡🇹🇭"

"If you stay at high end hotels then stay here then you will understand why I gave a 4 and not 5. This is a good hotel, but lacking mini bar and 24hr room service, which inconvenience me on very late nights, especially if I'm entertaining guests in my room.\n\nThe staff here is amazing, warm, and friendly, they all seem to enjoy their jobs and love talking with guests.\n\nThe rooms are clean and comfy. The location of the hotel has been great for my adventures.\n\nThey also have in room massage services, which i recommend for any stay here."
