Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55

"Really enjoyed our family stay here. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to all parts of Bangkok. The facilities at the hotel were good and it had a lovely pool and good gym facilities. The staff were really friendly and mostly the service was excellent.\nMy negatives would be with the cleaning of the corner suite we stayed in. Whilst nice overall, the floors were not cleaned well mainly around the edges with obvious build up of dirt.\nWould be nice if the hotel had a bar.\nWhat arrived after ordering room service was a joke for a 5 star hotel. We ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu. The picture shown in the menu of the club sandwich was laughable in comparison to what was received as I’ve shown in my photos."

"Thank you Otto! The functional fitness training every morning was amazing! Otto was a great instructor, very careful and attentive making sure our pace and form was on point. He encouraged us to keep going even when we were tired. I really enjoyed attending this energising training as a start to a fun day. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back to his hotel with great facilities."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55! I was treated with the utmost professionalism and top-notch friendly staff from the minute I arrived until the very last moment. The staff were always around with a smile and a ready attitude to assist and help you, which just elevate the staying experience. It is not just 1 or 2 of the staff but all the staff i interacted with, from the staff at the check-in counter, the morning breakfast crew, the shuttle bus and the room service. They were all amazing! Kudos to them for the service they provided.\n\nAllow me to recount 2 incident, I arrived late night and when I took a shower i realized that the water wasn't draining fast enough causing the shower area to flood even if the shower was only 5 mins. Next day I inform the receptions and they were very concern and was quick to let me know that they will make sure that it is fix. I left for sightseeing in the morning and returned by lunch time and the issue was fixed and had no recurring issue for the remainder of my stay - so thank you! Another incident was when i used the hotel's umbrella since it is the raining season, unfortunately i dropped the umbrella and the handle broke. When i got back to the hotel, I immediately informed the receptionist and they quickly say it was okay and they understand and no charge was needed. They even called room service to replace with a new umbrella. It made me very impressed at their compassion and efficiency.\n\nIn terms of the condition of the hotel & rooms facilities, I think they extremely well maintained. Love how spacious the room is and especially love the sofa by the window, allows you to sit and admire the nice Bangkok view. Everything works and is clean. I had the opportunity to use the gym and decent basic gym nothing fancy but atleast they are well maintained. My surprise was that the gym changing room had really nice & big jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. The hotel has 6 lifts so you're never waiting for lifts even during peak hours. The lift actually tells you the condition for breakfast which is a nice touch. The also provide shuttle service to and fro the hotel to BTS Thong Lor, the timings are frequent enough that you aren't waiting too long. It is quite a distance to walk to the BTS, but I find it quite nice to be able to observe your surroundings and the shops available. That is how i found that there is Michelin star restaurant serving Isan food. Usually I'll walk to the BTS in the morning and take the shuttle back.\n\nLove the fact that there is Let's Relax Spa & Onsen on the 5th floor and i received a discount onsen voucher for everyday I was staying there - this was a nice surprise and boy did i made use of the voucher. Having the spa & onsen in the same building is so convenient. After a tiring day you know you can have a pampering or relaxing session there which is already in the same building as your hotel - perfection!\n\nOverall I cannot say how much i love staying here, this might be the first time but I' m definitely coming back to stay here no doubt!"
