Florida Hotel

"July 2025. We booked a 3 night stay at this hotel, due to it's connectivity and extremely close proximity to the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link and BTS Line. Check-in was hassle free and did not require a deposit, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. The room was large and had 2 large single beds, with an adequately cold air conditioner which could be adjusted to suit your personal temperature preference. The room's mini bar fridge was adequately sized and sufficiently cold. The table top flat screen TV has access to a large variety of local and international digital channel content. Bathroom amenities were clean and adequate with a bathtub and shower with good adjustable hot water temperature and pressure. Dining amenities in the immediate vicinity include the very popular Factory Coffee Cafe, Jae Kai Isan food - beside CP tower (for dinner / supper), 7-11 convience store (CP tower), Puau Coffee booth and walkway food vendors beside CP tower for breakfast and lunch options (refer to my Google reviews for the aforementioned eateries.) Hotel check-out was a hassle- free quick process. The entire staff at the hotel were courteous, diligent and very attentive. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next Bangkok trip."

"It's a lower cost hotel. My expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised. It's basic and bathroom a little cosy but clean and beds were fine. There is a little noise from the train but didn't worry me. Slept well. I rated this on value for money and excellent location at end of airport line and next to BTS. Breakfast was toast and eggs and a couple of Thai dishes and coffee. No fruit or cereal. But okay as included in the price. About 1300 b."

"A very old Barebones budget hotel with old furniture and warped wooden floors. The staff is very very enthusiastic and helpful but not the reception. The hotel does not have an iron to iron clothes. The hotel is a 30 sec walk from Phaya Thai station which is superb and infact Phaya Thai station can be seen from the hotel. The people at the reception will take 500-1000 Bhat as a deposit from guests and return it when the keys are given back during check out. The hotel does not have smart card but has physical keys."
