"Review is based on staying in room 502. It's on the back side of the building so it was very quite. Rooms is small. Barely any space around the beds. AC worked well though was a bit loud. It's a spartan hotel. Almost nothing included except soap and toilet paper. Beds were fairly soft for Thailand standards. Toilet reservoir had a small leak and the toilet would intermittently refill. Location is the main factor is staying at this hotel.\n\nStayed another time for 3 days and was placed in room 309. Much better conditions than room 502. Overall I'd definitely stay here a third time and beyond."

"I stayed at this hotel for a 5-night trip in Bangkok. The room was quite small, but everything was clean and tidy. However, there was no landline phone or any clear way to contact the front desk from inside the room in advance, which was a bit inconvenient.\n\nEverything was fine until my room key card suddenly stopped working, and I couldn’t get into my room. I had to go all the way down to the front desk to report the issue. I totally understand that technical problems can happen. But unfortunately, this issue repeated 3–4 more times during my stay. Each time, I was locked out and had to walk down again to get help — it became very frustrating.\n\nEven though they claimed to have fixed it, the problem happened again. The last time was especially upsetting — I came back late at night, and once again, the door wouldn’t open. The staff asked us to pack our bags and move to another room. Please note, it was already late at night, and we had an early flight the next morning.\n\nThroughout all of this, I stayed calm and cooperative. But what disappointed me the most was that I never received a proper apology for all the inconvenience. That really reflects poor customer service in my opinion.\n\nI’m sharing this in the hope that the hotel will take this feedback seriously and work on improving its service quality. Better customer care and attention to guest experience would truly make a difference for future travelers."

"TLDR- SCAM Although many things will be wrong with your room and towels they will try and shake you down at check out for the smallest things.\n\nDon’t waste your time here scam hotel. When I first checked in a few people were checking out and before they let you check out they radio their staff to go check the room so they called back down saying that the room smelled like smoke. The guest that were checking out refused to pay extra and insisted that they don’t smoke at all. After making a fuse magically the smoke smell disappeared and they were allowed to check out. Once I finally got to my room not only was it small and poorly put together with a squeaking ac fan and uneven squeaky floors on top of all that you cannot open your window because at a minimum 2 other rooms could directly see into my room EVEN WHEN LAYING IN BED. There were numerous things I didn’t complain about many of the towels are frayed and worn out or tearing at the ends. The unit is so small there is really no place to sit and eat so I had to lay in bed while eating to see the tv and to prevent crumbs and making a mess in the bed I played a towel down to eat over. Some of the towel got food on it leaving it a bit stained nothing I think would be permanent. When it came for me to checkout I gathered up all my belongings and put all of the trash in a large bag on top of a pizza box trying to be respectful and leave little work for the employees I regret this as when I went to go checkout I too got the shake down they called up a few minutes later they came down with the cheap beaten up towel with some stains on it saying I had ruined it and now need to pay for it. Had I not been on a time crunch I would have stayed and refused but I reluctantly paid for that worn out heavily used towel probably 5x its value when new."
