"This hotel was unexpectedly very nice. New, big rooms, very caring service, good breakfast, a bunch of restaurants in the base, outdoor pools on multiple high levels, advanced technologically, easily connected to BTS. Also it's one of the very few nice hotels in the city that's directly connected to the airport train.\n\nThere are definitely nicer, more-polished hotels in Bangkok but they are also significantly more expensive. This one is a very good value, bang-for-your-buck mid-tier luxury."

"An excellent five-star hotel locate between the airport railway station and the subway station. The location is very good. The hotel, subway station and the airport railway station are connected by a sky bridge, so you don't have to worry about getting wet even if it rains heavily. There are a massage shop and two convenience shops located nearby.\nI celebrated my birthday in Bangkok. The hotel gave me a birthday gift. The swimming pool is also excellent and the view is also very fantastic. Every staff are welcome to help. It is really an excellent hotel."

"Stunning hotel. Great place to stay. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Good beds, a lot of amenities and a great shower. Breakfast is quite comprehensive, the choice is almost overwhelming. Breakfast is a bit massive and busy, but doesn’t bother at all. Staff is quick with refill when something is about to run out.\nHotel also offers amazing views throughout the different lounges and pools.\n\nWould recommend this to anyone"
