"One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. We were greeted at the main door. Check in was smooth no hassle, no complications; our rooms were exactly what we asked for and next to each other. My mum and brother cancelled last minute they did not charge me or complain about it. The amenities were all great in the room. Cleaning was 10/10. Balcony was clean, comfortable and stunning views. Kids club one of the best I came across ever my kids loved it. Their pools were loved and appreciated by them as well; in the pool every day of the trip. Breakfast was very good even if you come in a little late they try and make it up to you, its a little loud though. Prices are slightly higher but then you get what you pay for so I am not complaining. There are gold cars that take you to the malls in the area which is a lovely touch."
