Boss Hotel

"In general the hotel was pretty nice, especially with the great location with car parking. There parking was for free and has 24/7 security.\n\nBut there are many things that extremely bothered us during our stay.\n- In case we put the tag that we did not want housekeeping, no water or towels were given. We had to ask every single day.\n- Have water boiler, but no coffee or tea.\n- The staff was unfriendly multiple times.\n- It is nice that they have a gym, but 50% of the equipment does not work anymore.\n- The pool has several spots where the tiles are broken and the remains are very sharp. So dangerous for kids!\n\nWill not stay next time we visit Bangkok."

"Booked in for 2 nights, however on the evening of the second.\n\nIt is apparent that there are major works going on within the building. The pool is unserviceable. In checking in the staff were friendly enough and check in was easy .\n\nThe rooms are spacious and very clean. House keeping do a great job!. If you like your peace and a goodnight sleep, then forget it! The traffic does not stop. Between the continuous traffic and air-conditioning, it was a sleepless night.\n\nThe location is ordinary but there are some nice street food nearby. I ended checking out early and booked at another place to get some sleep. Certainly not worth the money in my opinion."

"Booked in for 2 nights to rest after 27 hours traveling trip.\nThe Place needs Tender Love & Care\nOwners bought the mattresses in Flingstone Mattress Store, they must be made of Stone, they were the Hardest Uncomfortable Mattresses Ever.\nSecond Night we trow all the Pillows & covers & try to sleep on the living room Sofa.\nWindows from the 1990 have zero Sound Isolation & Traffic, Motorbikes, Ambulances, Police Cars & heavy Traffic make it almost impossible to sleep even with Headphones sound suppressor.\nThe pool is unserviceable. In checking in the staff were friendly and check in was easy .\n32 inches 1990 Tv In the Living-room had passed her lifespan with Gritty image & sound - nothing to watch or listen to & No TV in the 2 Bedroom\n\nThe Room furniture are probably over 20 years old or more & damages & Tears everywhere. coffee Cups & Boiler in the Kitchen but No Coffee, No Creamer, No Sugar\n\nThe rooms are spacious and clean. House keeping do the best they can job!. Hedge of the Bathtub was moldy & need fresh silicone, shower head holder missed a screw so you had to hold it to take a shower. If you like your peace and a goodnight sleep, then forget it! Between the Stone mattress & the traffic does not stop. Between the continuous traffic and air-conditioning, it was a sleepless night.\n\nThe location is far from BTS but there are some nice street food nearby. We ended checking out early and booked at another place to extend our stay & to get some sleep. Certainly not worth the money in my opinion. The place really needs attention, new windows, new Softer mattress, new TVs, morning Coffee, The pool to be fixed & the mold issue need to be addressed urgently ."
