"Reception / Front Desk:\n\nExcellent service from the front desk team, friendly and attentive. Especially Ms. Bee was helping us with the check-in & check-out smooth & easy. They are flexible with the arrangement, which making us to come back again! Keep up for the good job! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻\n\nHousekeeping:\n\nWe stayed at Level 6.\n\nThe housekeeping team can do a better job by cleaning the room more in detail, we saw a lot of dust & stains upon arrival at our room, never provide us the toothbrush kit upon arrival and no bedsheet changed on the second day despite we put on the clean linen card on the bed before left the room.\n\nIndoor slippers provided was a hazard! Due to no anti-friction of the bottom indoor slippers, almost caused us to fall in the room due to slippery. In the end we bought normal outdoor slippers from the night market and resolved the issue for our upcoming days staying in the hotel. Please take into consideration to provide a better quality indoor slippers for guests to wear in the room.\n\nHotel Breakfast:\n\nThe hotel breakfast staff could be more attentive and have good basic English understanding.\n\nBesides Sunnyside up eggs, please also include the option for over-easy eggs, as not all guests like the egg yolk to be running (not fully cooked), we would prefer both side of the eggs to be slightly cooked, which most of the other countries hotel staff able to understand the option for "over-easy". Kindly educate the breakfast team about this option."

"The rooms are clean, the king size bed is huge amd easily can fit 2 adults and a child, helpful when travelling with kids as saving the need to pay for an extra bed. Big walk-in shower, always hot water available. The pool is really small and the water was rather murky, we used it anyway but think that needs attention. There was a lady on the deck area topless sunbathing when we arrived, which was interesting!\n\nBreakfast was adequate, when busy it was a bit cramped as everything is set out in a small corner of the room, with queues for the coffee machine. There’s the option to order eggs etc from the menu. Although we had a strange experience with this when ordering French toast - we got 1 serving (4 small triangular pieces), when we asked for more (we have 3 kids and they each wanted some) the lady laughed at us and then brought out 1 small extra triangle, which looked very sad sitting on a big plate all alone. Perhaps she thought we needed to diet?!!\n\nOverall, it’s good value for money option for a clean and comfortable room near a BTS station, but nothing particularly special."

"Our stay at Best Western Click was excellent. We wanted to split our Bangkok stay at two different hotels and I am glad we chose this hotel to start our Bangkok stay. The hotel's location is great, it’s a few minutes’ walk from BTS, the street has everything you need. The hotel has a spaced-out lobby with a few front desk staff attending to the guests. Our room was spacious, well-lit and well designed with a very large bed. The breakfast was very good with fresh food and beverages. I do want to mention the professional and polite service we noticed by the staff of this hotel.\n\nFront Desk: The front desk staff was very professional, polite, courteous and prompt with their work. Mr. Pond in particular was great. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful person, I had great conversation with him at the time of check-out. The entire front desk staff had a smile and greeted us with enthusiasm every time on our way in or out of the hotel. I believe these small gestures add to overall customer delight, and made us feel that we were really in Thailand, the land of smiles 😊\n\nHousekeeping: Our room was cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. Spotless room every day made us feel comfortable when we returned to our room every evening.\n\nRestaurant: The restaurant staff was very impressive. I do want to mention that everyone we saw at the restaurant was quick in greeting the guests and prompt with their service. Very helpful, brought all their guests freshly prepared egg and sausages of their choice, helped around in general and were thorough & professional in upkeeping of the restaurant. Their remarkable efforts should be recognized. Well done!\n\nSo, overall, an excellent stay. We will definitely consider Best Western Click again for our next travel.\n\nRecommended!"
