My only complaint would be that the photos of the rooms do not look like the actual thing. I booked a Deluxe Studio (1 Adult) - Urban Community Room via Booking.com, and when i got there, it was WAY smaller than what the pictures of the room showed on Booking.com. Comfy and super clean though, just that it was really small and different than the photos on Booking.com."

"Extremely warm hospitality and friendly staffs from gate to your room's doorstep. Transitioned my room to another room was also an upgrade due to first room's toilet having sewage smell. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay with a lot of facilities. Though the room's interior design and lobby still look fine but is in need for renovation and improvisation to keep up with other hotel's renovated modern design."

"We really like this place. The room is comfortable, located in the city center, near Donki, there are Japanese supermarket that open 24 hours can walk around 5 minutes from hotel. It is suitable for families with children. There is a kids club, a playground, a swimming pool. Most importantly, the breakfast is very delicious."
