"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience compelled me to speak up—so others can have a more realistic view before booking.\n\nFrom the outside, the hotel looks quite nice. One of the staff members was also very friendly and welcoming. However, the room quality was completely different from its appearance. The room was old and worn down, the door creaked loudly, and the TV didn’t work—it was just there for show. There were no toothbrushes provided, which is a basic amenity at most hotels. That said, I still appreciated that the room was clean.\n\nThe real shock came during check-out. We had kept the room clean and even tidied it up before leaving. But the staff said there was a small green stain on the blanket (so faint I could barely even see it) and charged us 900 baht—deducting our 500 baht deposit and demanding an extra 400 baht (card only, no cash accepted).\n\nI’ve stayed in many hotels in Thailand and other countries, and this was the first time I was ever charged for something so minor—especially when it could have easily been cleaned. The way it was handled felt rigid and unreasonable, with no willingness to listen. I understand hotels have policies, but policies should also come with flexibility and a fair evaluation of each case.\n\nI’m sorry if this review impacts the hotel’s business, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. Sometimes, going for the cheaper option isn’t really “saving money”—if it means ending your trip feeling frustrated and regretful."

"Overall a decent hotel. The view on one side is blocked by another under construction building. All the basic amenities are provided. The service and location is just fine. There is a really nice Burmese restaurant nearby but overall what made this worth its money was the superb deal I got from Agoda otherwise I would have regretted booking here. The place is clean overall and very spacious parking."

There was no hot water kettle, no hairdryer, and no coffee or tea sachets provided. We also reached out to the hotel via email (info@b2hotel.com) to inquire about the room but never received a response. Additionally, construction work was ongoing right outside our window on Level 7, which made the stay less pleasant. The staff did not seem very welcoming, which further affected the overall experience.\n\nOn the positive side, the WiFi connection was strong, the water heater worked well, and the air conditioning was effective. While these aspects were good, the overall stay could have been much better with improved service and amenities."
