Whether it’s the banquet staff, restaurant service, or other facilities, it’s hard to find staff who are genuinely attentive and eager to help. The hotel has a team of eight bell boys, which is great, but elsewhere it’s hit or miss. Overall, it’s not terrible, but the service doesn’t quite live up to a five-star standard. The food is just average. Honestly, it’s probably not worth the price unless there’s a discount."
