"Excellent Stay!!\n\nEven before checking in, I’ve already experienced good customer service from Aetas Lumpini. I emailed them to confirm on some stuff regarding my reservation, Ms Kachamas Arjsalee (Minnie) and Scott were super nice and helpful and replied promptly to all my email enquires.\n\nDuring checking in at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by Mr Pisitsak. He’s really fluent in English and explained clearly regarding our room and the amenities of the hotel. The check-in process was a breeze.\n\nThe hotel even surprised us with a birthday cake after knowing it’s my husband’s birthday during our stay. Such sweet gesture is really commendable.\n\nRoom: We booked a deluxe twin for seven nights and I must say it’s really spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed before. The mattress is abit hard and pillow too soft for my liking, however I still managed to rest quite well throughout my stay. The minibar items are complimentary and they’ll refill everyday if you asked for housekeeping, which is a plus point.\n\nBreakfast: a good spread of local and western fare. They tried to have different local fare everyday. There’s even an egg station where you can order different kinds of egg done. Overall I feel breakfast spread is really good, for you to fill your tummy before you start your day.\n\nHotel staff: They will always great you with a smile, the concierge, the front desk, also the serving staff at the breakfast area. This definitely made our stay a pleasant one.\n\nLocation: Lumpini station is just one minute walk away which is super convenient. Also, opposite the hotel lies one of the newest mall, One Bangkok, which is also link to the mrt. So basically you can walk to mrt underpass to One Bangkok for food or other necessities, if you’re too lazy to travel out.\n\nOverall we really enjoy our stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also consider staying here again for my next visit to Bangkok."

"We loved our stay! The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to The One Bangkok shopping mall. We really appreciated how polite, kind and genuinely helpful the receptionists were with the special mention to Mr. Tanadol and his colleagues; they answered all our questions about our room and the facilities with a smile. And let me tell you, the breakfast was out of this world—easily one of the best we've ever enjoyed!\n\nAnd considering the price of the hotel was reasonable and cheaper yet the quality of service was beyond compare!"
