"Pros\n\n1) The rooms are lovely and comfortable\n\n2) The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing - great view of the entire city of Sevilla\n\n3) In the night, the views from the terrace are magical- highly recommend\n\n4) room service was quick and efficient\n\n5) elevators were nicely managed with a security system where in you have to use your room key to go to the floor you want to go to.\n\n6) there is a taxi stand outside the hotel\n\nCons\n\n1) Front desk reception and reception management is horrible - they are like robots - especially the lady who works there and her manager - all they know is to preach their policy - this is the hospitality industry for God’s sake - there is something called ‘Customer service’ and hospitality standards and some exceptions to policies do exist in unforeseen and humanitarian circumstances - they have no idea about all that and are mechanical robots - they need to understand what customer service means\n\n2) Front desk reception lures you with a breakfast of 18 euros per day which needs to be availed of for all days of the stay - otherwise it is 24 euros when you pay upfront. If you avail their promotional rate and then want an exception due to unforeseen situations like family emergency , train schedule changes etc. , nothing is allowed - they are rigid robots working in the hospitality industry - have not heard of the term called customer service. Please change this ridiculous business minded policy and show some class and finesse befitting a 5 star hotel.\n\n3) Breakfast buffet for a hotel of this nature is mediocre - first, the staff is very few ( 3 staff) running here and there and cannot cope up. The food area is not cleaned and has left over plates etc. The breakfast has limited vegetarian options. If you do not eat eggs, the options are fewer.\nThere is no visible omelette station- if you ask for omelette, they will serve you. The pastries are very poor quality. They don’t have basics like greeting people when they come from breakfast - as staff are so busy and cannot cope up with the work load. This is a management issue and not a staff issue. Overall, the breakfast quality and experience needs drastic improvement\n\n4) it is difficult to walk to the city center in the heat of Seville . Google maps states sierpes street is 25 min away from the hotel - not true - it will take for ever to walk. Unless you are a fitness freak, a normal person will need a taxi to commute to the city center. The hotel is a bit far from the city. The roof top terrace is the only saving grace of the hotel\n\n5) reception area needs to be improved - just a office like set up with a few chairs- but the terrace more than makes up for this. At least , the reception area is better than the staff working there who are robots who do not know what customer service means."

"Eurostars Torre Sevilla is perfect if you want comfort and amazing views away from the tourist chaos. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make the city feel like a postcard. It's not right in the center, but a 20-minute walk gets you to all the main sights. Staff are professional without being over the top. Breakfast is solid, and the restaurant at the top is worth it for the view alone. Ideal if you prefer a quieter, more refined base for your stay in Seville."

"We recently stayed at the Eurostars Hotel in Seville, mainly drawn by its 5-star rating, spa facilities, and beautiful views. Unfortunately, our overall experience was just okay—far below the expectations we had for a hotel of this caliber.\n\nWe arrived just after midnight, tired from traveling, only to be greeted with a cold and dismissive attitude at reception. One of the night staff, Marina, made us feel unwelcome from the moment we entered. Despite having our passports in hand and greeting them politely, she asked if we had a reservation in a condescending tone. She then struggled to communicate in English—even though we spoke to her in Spanish—and asked her colleague (in Spanish) how to process our European passports as she doesn’t know how from where to take the details, which felt quite unprofessional and offensive.\n\nWhen we asked about spa access, we received vague, scripted responses that didn’t clarify anything. We ended up not using the facilities at all, as the 50-minute time limit felt restrictive, and honestly, we just didn’t feel like we’d be able to enjoy it under those terms—especially considering it came at an extra charge, despite this being a 5-star hotel.\n\nThe breakfast was also underwhelming for a hotel of this category—limited variety, rushed atmosphere, and staff visibly overwhelmed and short-staffed. One server in particular was grumpy the entire stay, forgot our drinks and omelette order, and never once smiled. Others were friendlier, but the energy throughout was more chaotic than relaxing.\n\nThat said, we really loved our room. It was spacious, clean, and had amazing views—which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it was quite a walk from the city center (around 30–40 minutes), and the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly nice or safe for walking at night.\n\nTo be fair, the staff working during the day, including the person who checked us out, were kind and helpful—very different from the night shift experience. But first impressions matter, and the way we were treated upon arrival left a sour taste.\n\nIn summary: beautiful room and views, but the service, spa policy, and staff professionalism (especially at night) did not live up to 5-star standards. We expected much more."
