Despite of super hot weather, EME gave us such a comfort & luxury experiences.\nValet parking was a great also, luggage service was good. All the people who were working were very professional. Breakfast & roof top cocktail experiences were amazing. We loved the spacious room, comfy bed & nice tub. Also, the location was perfect. The reception team saw I was tired and not at my best, and instantly reassured me they’d make sure my stay was exceptional. I was offered a glass of champagne while my room was being prepared, an immediate gesture of their attentiveness and class.\n\nMario was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he seemed to anticipate every need, always present, always kind. It truly felt like he was looking out for my children and me the entire time. I also want to recognize the wonderful woman at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was equally gracious and caring. Together, they set a five-star tone that never wavered.\n\nThe hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Seville with the Cathedral directly across the street, offering breathtaking views. We had the best Paella at their restaurant, and every moment here has been seamless, elevated, and memorable.\n\nThis isn’t just a place to stay it’s a place to return to. I’ve already told friends who frequent Seville to book here.
