"Stayed for one night before my flight out of Madrid to be closer to the airport.\n\nLocation\nWhile the hotel looks close to the airport on the map, it's actually a fifteen minute drive to the airport and just in general it's pretty out of the way.\n\nThere is an airport shuttle to take you to and from the airport, but they charge you 10€ for the right to use it. I understand this is clearly stated on their website, but Booking.com made no mention of this, and in general I find it odd an airport hotel would charge for the shuttle in the first place. Most airport hotels would offer this as a free service to encourage you to stay at their hotel, but I digress.\n\nAdditionally, both of the Ubers we used to get to and from the hotel struggled to get there due to the confusing layout. So, if you do end up staying here, I would recommend having a car if you plan on doing anything but spending the night.\n\nRooms\nI am not too nitpicky about rooms in general, but to sum it up the rooms feel more like a dated motel than a proper airport hotel. All the plugs in the room we stayed in were loose, there was no desk, no mini-fridge, and the bare minimum of amenitites. Our bathroom also had a leaky pipe that was constantly dripping water onto the floor, but that might just be bad luck on our part.\n\nAlso, while this isn't the fault of the hotel, there is no elevator on the property, so if you have a second floor room you'll have to lift your bags up there yourself or ask the staff for help.\n\nIt's nothing too bad if you're just going to spend a night, but anything longer and I would look in to finding somewhere else.\n\nService\nThe service is the one thing I will praise the hotel for. Everyone we interacted with, from the airport shuttle driver to the employees who helped us at the front desk were excellent. They made sure we had a shuttle back to the airport in time for our flight and were happy to answer any questions we had. They even offered to help carry our bags up to our second floor room. Super friendly people.\n\nSummary\nGiven the poor location and poor quality rooms, I can't say I would recommend this hotel for anything other than a cheap, one night stay before an early morning flight. Even then, for the price point I'd honestly consider staying at the nearby Marriott or Hilton instead (which were only 10-20€ per night more expensive at the writing of this review)."

"very bad, the beds are horrible and the mattresses are very hard, the soundproofing is horrible, the rooms facing the highway are impossible to sleep in because the windows do not insulate well at all, on the contrary, they shake a lot and make noise, the shower is too small, my room had a leak in the sink pipe, if I turned on the water too much the floor would be flooded. The room does not have a minibar or air conditioning, which makes the temperature inside unbearable. In the next room, the sheets were stained with blood. There were no Do Not Disturb signs in some of the rooms that the cleaning staff entered because there was no indication. The beds make a lot of noise and you can hear noise from the rooms next door. We took an Uber to the hotel, and the driver told us the name by which the hotel was known to them, which was not very encouraging. There are also too many cats (not that I have anything against cats) but they are not well looked after. The breakfast is very poor... in short, our group did not like this hotel, we do not intend to return and above all, it was very expensive for the conditions it offers."

"It’s more like a motel than a hotel, located on a deserted parking lot. In my room, there was no daylight because all the shutters were down. Everything was extremely old. There was nothing to eat and nowhere to sit at a table — not in the room, not in the hotel, and not anywhere outside on the premises.\nThe whole place felt very unpleasant, with a strong, penetrating smell — even a bit creepy. To top it all off, there were stray cats everywhere, even inside the hotel, and some of them had infected eyes.\n\nThe photos are highly misleading and do not reflect reality at all — the place looked nothing like what was shown online.\n\nI ended up checking out the same day and went to look for a proper hotel elsewhere."
