Great rooms, amenities, service, and perfect location!\n\nThe breakfast was delicious and frankly better than any other place we tried in Madrid! The rooftop restaurant is super nice for a late night chill!\n\nEvery single one of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment you approach the entrance door! Helena from the reception is truly a one of a kind, she will answer any questions you have and provide guidance on everything no matter what! Her energy and welcomeness made us feel like we have known this place forever!"

"My family of 3 stayed a few nights in mid of July.\nThe hotel is so clean and modern. I would like to say thank you to the reception girls. They were extremely helpful any time we asked a question. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds. I have to say that matrass is very good, it is extremely important for me.\nThe hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a palace view. There is a small pool, bar and restaurant.\nThe only thing I would mention there was a very rude administrator girl at the rooftop restaurant. We didn't make a reservation, because just arrived, came to ask to eat around 7pm, the restaurant was almost empty, but the administrator said it is all booked and we need to go outside to sit at terrace or sit( 3 of us) at the table for 2 person. We explained that we have a child and wanted to have full dinner, so table for 2 doesn't work, then we went to terrace and it was so hot to sit so we said that we cannot sit here. The girl just quietly turned around and left with a very rude face.\n\nI honestly thought if you stay at the hotel you would have an ability to have it at their restaurant but the reservation is really must.\n\nThe breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing, with a big choice and everything fresh and tasty.\n\nOverall, I would definitely come back."
