"Beautiful place, we spend a week and the owners are excellent"

"Our experience wasn't good.\n\nThe night was very rough: there's no air conditioning, not even a fan, which, in the middle of July, made it impossible to rest. When we reported our discomfort, they offered no solution or showed any empathy. Furthermore, when we told them we hadn't been able to rest at all given the unbearable heat, they didn't want to extend our checkout even a little, despite everything that had happened. We've been to hotels where, simply for arriving so late (practically sleeping, without even completing 12 hours), they've given us the option of staying a little longer, without asking. This one, which has such terrible conditions, wasn't even offered out of empathy, and when we asked, they denied it with zero tact.\n\nFinally, the address of the accommodation isn't clearly explained, which creates confusion: the access is located at the back of where it's supposed to be. After several unsuccessful attempts to find it and calling the emergency number (which didn't answer for 20 minutes), it was a neighbor who helped us locate it.\n\nWe do not recommend it, especially in summer, for those who value minimal guest attention, empathy, and decisiveness."
