"Comfortable and chic and the whole staff members are friendly and helpful.\nOnly 2 issues we had were 1. housekeeping should improve (for example they left an espresso cup full and didn’t change it or replace it with a new clean one) 2. Rooms are not properly sound proofed, and it can get very noisy at night."

"Booked two family rooms. We were traveling with kids.. asked in advance to have connected or clise rooms. In One of the rooms bathroom there was a mold in the ceiling and floor. A pipe was sticking out from the floor. Not what you expected from a 5 star hotel. The hotel offer us a change with an extra cost! Or to be separated from the kids, which off course wasn’t an option. In the end, we agreed to pay just to get things done, the kids were tired after traveling. We want up to the room just to find the lady from the reception telling me they have cancelled the reservation ( although with full refund ) time was 17:00.. and we had to look for another place."

"Honestly I expected so much more from this hotel. It has a beautiful lobby and rooftop terrace but unfortunately it’s only open Fridays and Saturdays, even in June. So we didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay. We booked a junior suite and it was tiny, not even enough room for 2 suitcases. I had to squeeze by the wall to get to my side of the bed. The windows don’t open even if there is no danger so there is never fresh air. The breakfast service downstairs was slow and unfriendly. No one greets you even if it is a bit busy and we were waiting a while before I asked how to get a coffee. I would be fine to wait if at least acknowledged. Is this 5* sevice? Not at all. Truly disappointed."
