"I stayed in this place for one night as my airbnb host cancelled last minute. The only good thing in this place in my experience was the staff - friendly, helpful and reacted in a fast way. However most of the rest was between mediocre and bad. First of all it was freezing cold and the bed doesn't have a duvet. It comes like in plain summer with a very thin duvet cover. I found in the room only a thin blanket which didn't bring much warmth. I asked for a duvet - nothing. So I took a second thin blanket and put the aircon to 30 degrees. The air was kind of warm but the bed still so cold that I went to sleep with my feathered jacket and was still cold as it's a short jacket. I spent a very unpleasant night there.\n\nThe room itself was functional but the shared bathroom not that clean.\n\nAll in all: for this price yo can expect a better quality. Disappointing."

"We booked three nights at this place and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and even if it was right next to the balcony, we could barely hear the people talking out there. The only bad aspect was that there was no lamp for the night stand and only two wall sockets, one of which was used by the TV. Also, there is no real kitchen, but a common area with free water and a microwave. Other than that, it was really good. It's just 600m away from Arturo Soria metro stop, Mercadona is close by, and their staff friendly. Pricewise it was good for three nights for 2 pax."
