"I visited Madrid for 4 nights. The location is perfect, have everything you need around. Supermarket, fruits, very good cafes, restaurants, etc… we had to check in late night and the staff were very helpful by sending all the instructions how to do it (as they don’t have 25h desk) it was easy and smooth. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Very close to grab via. I didn’t use the subway all the time as can walk everywhere is easy. Will definitely recommend and will back"

"Disappointing Stay – Noisy and Inconvenient\n\nIf you're looking for a restful night’s sleep, avoid this place. The property has no elevator, so I had to haul my heavy luggage up to the third floor. The staff lacked the hospitality to make guests feel welcome or valued. The Internet was cutoff at 2 am on checkout date.. omg!\n\nThe worst part? The noise. The property has zero noise insulation, making it impossible to sleep at night. Between the bar’s late-night deliveries, loud street cleaning at 2–3 AM, and constant chatter from the street, it felt like sleeping in the middle of a busy road.\n\nIf you’re planning to sleep during the day, you might be fine. But if you need a peaceful night's sleep, stay elsewhere.\n\n2 nights • 3 adults • 1 room\nConfirmation: 136234902\n\n************* Added on 31July2025 **************\nI received a response from the hotel. They offered a one-night refund along with an apology. They also mentioned plans to improve their services, including luggage handling, soundproofing, and internet quality.
