"Perfect location for Madrid airport, very close and could even walk with light luggage. We stayed here the first and last nights of a cycling holiday and the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. We were able to lock our bikes overnight in the secure hotel car park and the hotel even stored our bike bags/boxes for the week locked up inside the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, good size and clean. The hotel is close to a nice square with plenty of good eating options.\nI managed to accidentally leave an expensive electronic item in the room on the last night. I emailed the hotel and Sergio replied straight away to say they had found it and was extremely helpful with packaging the item and helping with arranging shipping. Excellent customer service, many thanks Sergio.\nI would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again on my next trip to Madrid."

"The location near the airport is excellent and having a supermarket nearby was convenient, but the room cleanliness needs improvement—especially the strong smell in the bathroom. The bed felt unstable. For a three-star hotel at this price, at least a kettle and bottled water should be provided. I also stayed at a Marriott nearby for more than twice the price, but it offered far better value for money."

"The location of this hotel is perfect if you are looking to be near the Madrid airport. The service at the front desk was very good. I have a feeling this place was booming back in the day 40-60 years ago, but they haven’t changed their carpet or amenities since.\nThe whole room (except the bathroom) was very dirty, carpet full of stains, dirty sheets and walls, AC was very loud and barely working, very outdated overall. We were extremely disappointed considering they claim to be a 3 star hotel.\nThankfully we were not there for a full night because our flight was super early in the morning. I do not recommend standing here at all."
