"Excellent room, very clean and renovated, great air conditioning and overall appliances (expresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishes, plates, cups, wine openers, pans, wine glasses, soap dish, sponges), wide and spacious bathroom. The building was overall very clean and smelled good, 5 minutes walk from a good selection of public transport.\n\nEven got complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules for the machine.\n\nCons: a bit far from the city centre."

"⭐\nI regret recommending this place to my friends.\n\nMUY mala experiencia\n\n小心！\n\nPlease take a look down, there is more opinions and experiences pretty much like mine (Happy to share this info in Spanish or Mandarin if someone needs it)\n\nI helped three friends book a stay at this studio-hotel in Madrid, and I sincerely regret it.\n\nFrom the beginning, the experience was a mess. Although the property advertises having a reception desk open until 8:00 PM, when my friends arrived around 7:20 PM, no one was there. Worse, they had received no check-in information in advance. They had to wait outside with their suitcases until another guest opened the door and they could sneak in — not the kind of welcome you expect when you're paying over €100 per night.\n\nThings only got worse at check-out.\n\nOn the morning of June 15, 2025, they left early to catch a flight. As instructed, they dropped their key cards in a box by the elevator. While taking out multiple suitcases in shifts, the front door locked behind them, leaving one suitcase inside.\n\nWith no key cards and no staff present, they rang the bell repeatedly — no response. I called every number listed on the hotel’s website and social media — no answer. The emergency number shown on the check-in machine? Turned off or out of network.\n\nAfter 20+ minutes, they had no choice but to leave to avoid missing their flight — leaving behind a suitcase with a laptop and valuables worth over €3,000.\n\nAcerca de 20 minutes later, I finally reached someone at the hotel's mobile number. I suggested sending a taxi immediately to pick up the luggage. The staff member initially agreed — but when the taxi arrived, she said they couldn’t open the door. To be fair, there was a misunderstanding — she thought I was at the hotel in person. I clarified I wasn’t.\n\nThen came the excuses:\n\nThat my friends should have known they had to call a different number between 9 PM and 9 AM — even though that info was only written inside the room, and by then, they were already outside and locked out.\n\nThat they had "simply forgotten their luggage and were trying to blame it on the hotel.”\n\nThat “they were three adults and should have known better.”\n\nThe tone shifted quickly from vague cooperation to blaming the guests. I was told they should arrange and pay for a courier to retrieve the bag — despite the hotel’s failure to provide basic support. Only after I said I would recommend filing a police report for damages did they finally offer a possible solution.\n\nLet’s be clear: this is not an Airbnb where you expect to be left alone. This is a studio-aparthotel with a reception, keycards, and video surveillance. And yet, at every key moment — check-in, check-out, and emergency — no one was there to help. Communication was poor, and accountability even worse.\n\nYes, the place is new and clean. But when you’re paying over €100 per night, you expect more than walls and Wi-Fi — you expect basic support and professionalism.\n\nIf you’re considering staying here — don’t. There are plenty of clean, modern places in Madrid that won’t leave you locked out, ignored, and blamed.\n\n— Monica"

"This review is more about the reception manager Vera, and less about the stay itself.\nShe was our hero and saved our entire trip - it was my daughter’s first birthday trip.\nOur booking got messed up because of the booking platform and we got stuck in the middle of the great power cut.\nVera gave us an emergency room to stay in after personally calling other hotels for us AND called up numerous Taxi services so we could make it to the airport in the middle of the power cut. She even gave us a couple breakfast passes to cheer us up.\n\nWe are truly indebted to her. STUDIO CIELO if you’re seeing this, you need to promote this hero!\n\nAcerca de the stay: It was super clean, spacious and very well located. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Madrid again."
