"We only spent a night in the hotel, but everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and helpful, and made the process of check-in and checkout really easy and swift. The bed was really comfortable and thanks to the AC we could sleep comfortably in a summer night in Madrid. They even left us a bag with water and sweets on the door in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend the hotel, not only for it's location or quality-price ratio — which are the reasons we chose it in the first place — but because the staff there was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile."

The Hotel was spotless throughout and the staff and management friendly and attentive. For a hotel right in the center of the city, it felt tucked away and quiet. They have a little coffee room that's always open and stocked with fresh fruits. I'm not a pastry eater but my husband enjoyed the treats left at our door both mornings.
