"We had a reservation for today with a 3:00 PM check-in, but when it was time to check into the room, right on time, it wasn't ready. The cleaner was finishing other rooms and gave us at least a half-hour wait without any apology. We called to find a solution, and after several minutes on hold, we only received an apology, with no one more than to say that the cleaning manager had been informed. Here we are still waiting in the hostel with no one offering us an alternative. A hostel managed remotely, with no one in person able to offer us a solution. Without even seeing the room, we can't recommend it."

"It is located in a very nice area near the Moncloa interchange, but the name is misleading. They are tiny rooms and very poorly equipped. Instead of a closet, there was a pole hanging from a shelf, and there was not even a drawer or shelf to put clothes on. Of course, no one comes to clean the room, change the towels or clean the room even if your stay is prolonged. Some Italians also staying there did not have hot water in their room and, despite calling, no one came to solve their problem. For the services they offered, too expensive."
